Information that is gathered from visitors

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit. Cookies may be used when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s or Account Owners’ provided details will be stored.

What personally identifiable information does the Company collect?

The primary purpose of collecting information from you is to provide you with an effective and personalized experience. We collect information about you that we consider necessary to accomplish this purpose. At Virtus Labs Inc., we collect personal information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers from users who provide it to us through forms on our website, as well as through cookies and other tracking technologies. This information is used to send emails and text messages to users, including abandoned cart reminders if applicable, as well as to personalize and improve the user experience on our website.

We store and maintain personal information securely, using industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access or tampering.
